Delete your data

If you can sign in, you can erase your own account and data directly — no email needed:

• Sign in to your Curupira account.
• Open your account settings in the dashboard.
• Choose "Delete my account" and confirm.
• This runs our self-service erasure (LGPD Art. 18 / GDPR Art. 17): your profile is deactivated and your personal data is anonymized. You can export your data first (LGPD Art. 19 / GDPR Art. 20) from the same screen.

Deleting your Curupira account also removes the link between Curupira and the identity provider you used to sign in — Curupira no longer stores or uses that provider identity.

This does not delete your account with the provider itself. To remove Curupira's access on the provider side, also revoke the app in that provider's security settings (for Meta: remove the DW Corp / Curupira app under your Meta account's Apps and Websites).

If you cannot sign in, email legal@dwcorp.com.br from (or naming) the email address on your Curupira account, with the subject "Data Deletion".

• We confirm your request — a confirmation code and status may be issued — and verify that you control the account email before erasing.
• We complete the erasure within the timelines set by the LGPD/ANPD (and the GDPR where it applies) and confirm in writing when it is done.

When your account is erased:

• Deleted or anonymized: your name, email, profile identifiers, linked SSO identities, and personal data no longer needed to run the service.
• Retained for a limited time: minimal security and audit records (for example, login-attempt and administrative-action logs) that we are legally required or permitted to keep for fraud prevention, security and compliance. These are kept only as long as necessary and then removed.

When you sign in to a customer organization's application through Curupira, that organization is the controller of your account with them, and DW Corp acts as its processor under a data-processing agreement. Deleting your Curupira identity is described above; requests about the organization's own records may also need to go to that organization.
